Nancy Ellison
Nancy Ellison is a 1958 graduate of The University of Michigan majoring in journalism. In those forty-five years, she was Director of Public Relations and Marketing at two northern Michigan hospitals for twenty-five years, and became a grandmother to Tyler.
In her hospital work, she had the opportunity to write books to relieve children’s fears related to hospital experiences, and helped develop a poison prevention program for area schools. Now retired, the author is realizing her wish to publish this book. Ellison resides on the shores of Lake Michigan’s Grand Traverse Bay, with her husband Richard, where she enjoys the trees and daily visits from many animals.
